Patrick Renovations started 12 years ago. Jeremy Patrick has been working in the renovation business his whole life. He started out in high school working on renovating rental houses and apartment buildings.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development/Business Administration at North Central University. Jeremy’s experience covers many different renovation areas, which allows him to complete a project from start to finish. Jeremy is married to his wife, Kelli, and they have 4 energetic boys.
We are a small local business that puts a high importance on getting a job done right. We are located in Central Minnesota and enjoy getting to be a part of other people’s renovation projects or small fixes. We pride ourselves in offering affordability while still maintaining a high standard on quality.
Our outdoor projects can range from fences, garages, decks, 3 season porch additions and siding. We also work inside with some of our most recent kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels.
